3 chicken drumsticks

Marinade—

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper powder

4 tbsp corn flour

1 egg

Sauce—

2 red chilies (minced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp fish sauce

1 tbsp GF soya sauce

3 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup water
Steps

Mix the chicken with marinade and set aside for about an hour.

Deep fry drumsticks in hot oil till cooked.

Once chicken has turned brown, dish it out and use fork to poke in a few places.

Turn the pot on higher heat, put the chicken in again for second fry. Make sure the chicken is well cooked. Dish it out and cut into smaller slices and serve.
