Vickys Sticky Sweet Chilli Chicken Drumsticks, GF DF EF SF NF

Drumsticks are still the kids current favourite and sweet chilli sauce is mine, natural pairing!

Ingredients

4 servings

  1. 8 chicken drumsticks

  2. Sweet Chilli Glaze

  3. 8 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce, see my recipe link below

  4. 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, see my gluten-free recipe link below

  5. 2 tbsp soft brown sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp dried chopped coriander leaf

  7. 1/2 tsp dried chopped parsley

  8. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  9. 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil

  2. Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and place on the baking tray. Season with a sprinkle of salt then spoon over half of the glaze

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes

  4. Baste with the tray juices before serving
