A classic stuffing for roast dinners

1 large onion, finely chopped

100 g gluten-free breadcrumbs

1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Steps

Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish
