Ingredients

1 serving

  1. 45 g (1/2 cup) gluten-free rolled oats

  2. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  3. 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  4. 1 tbsp maple syrup

  5. 4 cherries, chopped – I used tinned cherries in juice (drained)

  6. 150 ml (1/2 cup) + 2 tbsp) milk of choice – I use rice milk

  7. Optional drop of almond essence

Steps

  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a jar or lidded container

  2. Set aside in the fridge overnight

  3. Stir again in the morning and BOOM! Breakfast is served! Top with extra chopped cherries and choc chips if you like!
