Ingredients

150 g gluten free plain flour

75 g buckwheat flour

50 g flaxseed/linseed ground mix

110 g butter or coconut oil (melted)

30 g coconut sugar

1 tbsp (optional) cocoa powder

1 tbsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp cinnamon powder

2 tbsp honey

3 large or 4 small ripe bananas

1 egg
-
1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

4 tbsp milk (or almond milk)
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a loaf or cake tin (grease with butter or coconut oil)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. I use a blender/food processor. Pour into the tin. I drizzle a small amount of honey on the top of the cake before putting into the oven.

Bake for 50mins.
